Brief History

Laungia Dental Hospital was established since 26th of January 1985, located at Guru Nanak Dev market Rupnagar, Punjab, as a Polyclinic rendering services of a General Hospital as well.

From January 1994, Laungia Dental Hospital as a polyclinic, with services of General Hospital as well started its evening branch at B-1-23/3 Sahibzada Zorawar Singh Nagar, Nangal road Rupnagar, Punjab. The general hospital a part of the polyclinic rendered dedicated clinical services in Family Medicine, pediatrics, Maternal & child health, Family planning, Minor surgeries etc. under the able stewardship of Dr. Sarbjit Singh Laungia. These clinical services rendered by Dr. S.S. Laungia with passion for Medical science, and special in service trainings of Punjab Civil Medical Services, has left a long lasting impact on the clientage and the present, unique & special structure, and functioning of Laungia Dental Hospital.

From January 2008, Laungia Dental Hospital shifted completely at both Morning and evening sessions, at B-1-23/3 Sahibzada Zorawar Singh Nagar, Nangal road, Rupnagar, (pin 140001) Punjab, India. At this juncture to make the specialty services, more focused and for some strategy reasons, the polyclinic and services of general Hospital were withdrawn, making it exclusively a Dental Hospital.
